5.2 Return Shipping & Costs
All return costs (including shipping and handling) are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping to our designated warehouse.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

By purchasing from VitourP1.eu, you agree to take full responsibility for all return-related costs and logistics. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange if the tires do not meet the outlined conditions. VitourP1.eu is not responsible for improper installation, wear and tear, or damages occurring after delivery.

Tires are covered under the manufacturer’s standard warranty against defects.
Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or misuse are not covered.
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by improper tire use.
