Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at VitourP1.eu. We aim to provide high-quality Vitour Tempesta P1 performance tires and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you need to return a product, please read our policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The tires must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The client must provide valid proof of tire damage, manufacturer defects, or other inconsistencies in the product.
• Normal wear, improper use, or installation-related issues are not covered under this policy.

2. Return Shipping & Costs

• All return costs, including shipping and handling, are the full responsibility of the client.
• Clients must arrange and pay for return shipping to our designated warehouse.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• The returned tires meet all eligibility criteria.
• The tires are proven to have a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before delivery.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned tires.
• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during the purchase.

🚫 No refunds will be given for used, installed, or improperly handled tires.

4. Exchange Policy

• If the returned tires qualify for a refund but the client prefers a replacement, we may offer an exchange for the same model, subject to availability.
• Clients are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange process.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at info@vitourp1.eu / +370 620 34211 with your order number, photos of the tires, and reason for return.
2. Wait for our response and approval, along with return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the tires back using a trackable method.
4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.

6. Final Responsibility Clause

By purchasing from VitourP1.eu, the client agrees to take full responsibility for return-related costs and logistics. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange if the tires do not meet the outlined conditions. VitourP1.eu is not responsible for any improper installation, wear and tear, or damages occurring after delivery.
