These Delivery Terms outline how orders placed through VitourP1.eu are processed, shipped, and delivered. By purchasing from our Website, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and cleared.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Methods
Orders can be delivered through approved courier services or made available for pickup at our warehouse.
The available delivery methods depend on the customer’s location and will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and order size.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving shipping charges before completing the order.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the courier service and destination.
Typical delivery within Lithuania: 2–5 business days.
International delivery times vary and may take longer due to customs clearance or transit delays.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact information.
VitourP1.eu is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If delivery fails due to inaccurate details, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery charges.
6. Pickup Orders
Customers who select pickup will be notified once the order is ready.
Orders must be collected from our warehouse:

7. Risk & Liability
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier or collected at our warehouse.
We recommend inspecting the shipment upon delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately to the courier.
8. Undelivered Orders
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect details, we will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery at their expense.
If the customer does not respond within 14 days, the order may be cancelled and subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
