By placing an order on VitourP1.eu, you agree to the following payment terms and order process.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer and other approved methods provided at checkout.
All payments must be made in EUR (€).
Orders are processed only after the full payment is received and cleared in our account.
2. Order Confirmation & Notifications
Once an order is placed, customers receive automated notifications via email:
Order Placed Notification
Sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Confirms that your order has been successfully placed in our system.
Payment Confirmation & Order Processing Notification
Sent once full payment is received and verified.
Confirms that your order is now being prepared for pickup or shipment.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed without cleared payment will remain on hold until payment is received.
4. Shipping & Pickup
Once payment is confirmed:
Pickup orders will be prepared at our warehouse.
Delivery orders will be handed over to the shipping provider.
Customers will be notified once their order is ready for pickup or has been shipped out.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure correct payment details when completing the transfer.
Any delays caused by incorrect information, bank processing times, or late payments are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders not paid within the timeframe specified in the invoice may be cancelled.
